Spring Marathon/Half Marathon Basic Package:
- initial consultation to discuss current training details,
health, etc.
- basic training schedule (run workouts only) for 4-5 months
Spring Marathon/Half Marathon Individual Package:
- initial consultation to discuss current training details, health, etc.
- individualized training schedule (run & cross train workouts included)
- unlimited email consultation
Spring Marathon/Half Marathon Individual Plus Package:
- initial consultation to discuss current training details, health, etc.
- one weekend group training run
- one group track workout with individualized training
- individualized training schedule (run & cross train workouts included)
- unlimited email consultation
Spring Triathlon Basic Program for Beginners
(Sprint
or Olympic distance only):
- initial consultation to discuss current training details, health, etc.
- basic 12-week training program with 6 written workouts per week (swim, bike,
run only)
Spring Triathlon Individual Plus Program for
Beginner-Intermediate
Level (Sprint or Olympic distance
only):
- initial consultation to discuss current training details, health, etc.

one weekly group run or ride (or brick workout)
- one open water swim practice during the season
- individualized training schedule (including swim, bike, run and strength training
workouts)
- unlimited email consultation
- clinics on nutrition, transition, USAT rules, changing flats, etc.
Tri Training for Children:
- one weekly group workout (run or bike or both)
- basic training schedule including fun workouts in swimming, biking and running
- transition training
- bike clinics (children ages 10 and over will learn to change a flat)
*For children and adults, we believe in safety first. We will teach all athletes
how to reduce their risk for injury and to have fun while they get fit.
About Your Happy Feet Coaches...
Bill and Dana-Susan Crews come
from a competitive swimming background. Together they have coached swimming in
Dallas and The Woodlands where they currently live.
They have vast experience in sports and
fitness as athletes and coaches.
Bill coaches swimming for Texas Amateur Athletic
Federation and the YMCA Swim League. He also coaches triathlon for youth and
adults (beginner-intermediate level).
Dana-Susan coaches swimming for Texas Amateur Athletic
Federation. She also coaches triathlon for youth and adults (beginner-intermediate
level). She also coaches runners for Team in Training's marathon and half marathon
program.
Coaching philosophy: "We believe health and fitness are both a gift and a decision.
Our goal is to inspire families and friends to get fit and stay fit together
through the wonderful world of multi sport."
